When you get your device, our friendly team will train you on how to use it, so you know the ins and outs, and the long-lived battery protects for days, with easy charging next to your bed as you sleep.
After you order, we will ship to you and personally train you on how to work the device. You can either do this over the phone, or we'll send someone to your home and walk you through installation in person. How Exactly Does it Work?
If you are in trouble (hurt, lost, feeling faint) you can just press the button on the Ranger device, and the Ranger will call our call center, working like a two-way telephone They're trained to know your background, including what medical conditions you may have, and they will know who to call: emergency services or a family member. If you fall and can't push the button, our automatic fall protection will alert us, and we will call you on your device to make sure you're okay. If you can't respond, we'll use the LTE GPS in the Ranger to find your location, send help, and we explain to emergency personnel how to safely enter your home to make sure you're okay.
