- Enter the upgrade code provided to you in the field below and click the "Lookup" button.
- Confirm your name, address, and contact information. Check the box when the information is correct.
- Select a new device from the available options. Information about each device will appear when it is selected.
- Check the confirmation box and click the "Complete Selection" button.
