The Full Retirement Age is Inching Up

Many Americans work a 40+ years, 40 hours a week if not more to just one day retire. It is important that you take a look at the full retirement age so that way it does not affect you later down the road. The full retirement age is 66 years and 4 months old. At this point, people will receive 100% of their benefit. If you are looking to retire early, it is advised you look at the benefits table outlined by the Social Security Administration.

After 2034, You Will Only Get Roughly 75 Cents on the Dollar in Benefits
