92 year old William K. of Tucson, Arizona lives alone. While getting ready for bed one night, William was feeling weak, lost his balance, and tumbled to the ground. Authorities were contacted, and because of his lock box that was given to him by BlueStar, the EMTs were easily able to get into the house to help William. He wasn’t seriously hurt, but the EMTs helped him up and checked him over. When we called to check up on William the day after, he told us the whole ordeal took only 10 minutes!
