  • If your readings are concerning, medical professionals use the data to address your specific health issues and prescribe exact medications to help you control your blood pressure!

Why do we need your MBI number?

We ask for your MBI for two reasons:
1. To confirm your ORIGINAL MEDICARE insurance plan for eligibility (sorry, Advantage members are not eligible).
2. Remote medical personnel used for your hypertension care are health professionals and they need the same official information your neighborhood doctor requires in order to provide services.
