New name reflects enhanced focus on technology to support seniors.

Rockville, MD, May 21, 2018 – BlueStar HonorCare today announced a new name, BlueStar SeniorTech. Along with the name change, the company launched a new website, expanding its line of healthcare technology.

BlueStar SeniorTech provides technologies to help seniors stay in their home—Safe, Healthy, and Connected. The newly launched website and expanded product suite allow seniors to choose from a wider variety of items.  The “BlueStar” portion of the name reflects the companies veteran connection—owned/operated by veterans, and donating to veteran causes.

“We want to be the go-to place for seniors for medical alerts to resources or senior-related news,” said Rear Admiral Robert O. Wray Jr. (ret.), CEO of BlueStar SeniorTech. “With the senior demographic growing at a rapid rate, we want them to have a trusted source they can turn to. We want to give peace-of-mind to adult children who might live far away.”
