Ms. Norma Brown is 85 years young and lives in Plain Dealing, OH. She has been a customer since July of 2018. In her free time, she likes to relax and de-stress by mowing her lawn.
Unfortunately, the day before yesterday while mowing her lawn she hit a large tree branch by accident; it knocked her down and gave her a “beautiful black eye” and a bruised temple. She was a bit shocked when she felt some blood on her, but luckily she had her Ranger with her and was able to get help right away.
Paramedics made sure she was okay and offered to take her to the hospital. Ms. Brown was very appreciative that we called her to check up on her after her alarm.
Some things she had to say:
“So glad I had it around my neck, it could have been so much worse”.
“I’m so glad I had it with me, I keep it by my bedside table”
“I appreciate you calling, it’s unusual for a company to check up on you like this”
We’re glad you’re OK, Ms. Brown! Thank you for sharing your story with us. It’s a great reminder to all of us to be careful and prepared for unexpected accidents.
