Loretta from Louisiana is 81 years old, lives alone, and recently had a health scare while in her home last week. Luckily, she had her BlueStar Ranger 4G Alert button to come to her rescue.
Loretta told us she woke up in the morning with some horrible pains. She pressed her alert button and was connected right away with help, and was sent paramedics over to her home, whom decided she needed to go to the hospital.
It turns out Loretta had a serious kidney infection. Without her alert device button, Loretta may not have been able to get the help as fast as she needed it. She was very grateful for our service, and told us:
