Connie’s mom, Inez, has “fuzzy memory” and doesn’t always know where she is. Fortunately, when she had a recent emergency our emergency response agent at our monitoring center was able to locate her via the GPS in the Ranger 4G. Connie’s mom received the help she needed quickly and is doing OK.
Connie said, “I appreciate everything you guys do! Thank you so much!” Then she went on to say, “this device has been very useful. Thank you so much for everything It does.”
