Senior technology company furthers its commitment to help Veterans with the Bluestar Senior Veterans Foundation

Rockville, MD (October 10, 2018) — BlueStar SeniorTech announced today that it has established the BlueStar Senior Veterans Foundation. The Foundation is a public charity, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization aimed at assisting senior veterans and their spouses with life-saving technology.

Many of BlueStar SeniorTech’s prospective customers are unable to afford simple medical alert equipment and services. The BlueStar Senior Veterans Foundation will partner with BlueStar SeniorTech to provide medical alert equipment to keep their senior veterans, spouses, and their widows Safe, Healthy, and Connected.   Customers who are over 65, veterans or spouses of veterans, and meet certain financial means tests will be eligible for free devices.  The Foundation’s goal is to provide free services to 500 needy families.

“We are committed to assisting our nation’s veterans,” said BlueStar SeniorTech CEO Rear Admiral (ret) Robert Wray. “There are nine million veterans aged 65 and older. Providing a life-saving service like this is the least we can do to care for those that have fought for our country.”
