Patty Morris was getting bags out of her car last night and fell outside of her home. She was scared because she lives alone but relieved after pressing the button on her BlueStar medical alert connecting her with our monitoring center. The professional she spoke with immediately dispatched EMTs to her rescue.
Every day we call customers who pressed their buttons for help the day prior to make sure they’re doing alright and that they were satisfied with our handling of their situation. Fortunately, Patty is doing fine and she made our day with the following flattering comments:
